The wide range of Garbo S.r.l. abrasive products are enriched by “newcomer” diamond powders used to manufacture abrasive wheels, diamond cutting wires, and different polishing tools for several industrial sectors.
All the material is quality certified and supplied with measurement documents that guarantee the complete traceability of the produced batches.
- Green Powder MESH: friability and high resistance suitable for any type of resin bond. Grits available from 50/60 to 400/500;
- Green Powder MICRON: a homogeneous and regular shape, high abrasive power combined with excellent life span. Grits available from 0-0.5 to 50-60
- Yellow Powder: high crystallographic definition, elevated hardness properties as well as excellent technical response. Suitable for metal bond. Grits available Micro from 1-2 to 40-40, Mesh from 30/40 to 400/500;
- DIA815… DIA890 – Diamond for metal bond, blades, discs, wires countertypes of the ZND series: Highly defined crystalline structure combined with very high resistance. Suitable for marble, granite, and concrete cutting wire. Available grains Mesh from 20/25 to 70/80; 100/20 mesh grain suitable for x DRILLS and glass wheels;
- Coated diamond: Ni coating at 30% and 56%, high resistance, and excellent thermal response. Definitively recommended for ceramics, glass, and various carbides. Titanium coating (Ti 1.5%) also available;
- CBN: available for several applications; special vitrified bond, metal bond, electrodepositions. Accordingly, to the applications, it is supplied with different crystallographic aspects. Possible coating with Nickel and/or Titanium;
- PCD: available in polycrystalline discs with diameters from 1.5 up to 62mm and for tools with material storage up to 12mm.

Furthermore, Garbo S.r.l. goes on with the collection – from world leader manufacturers – of silicon substrates that have been rejected due to defects that may affect their use in high-quality semiconductor device production. Garbo S.r.l. collects this material, then selects and sends it to companies where it is reworked and can be used as support material in high-end productions.
